to the Care Quality Commission: I just saw the above peer-reviewed publication. it is what I have experienced from the NHS, systematically for eleven months.

however the primary reason I am contacting you now is to request you - and the General Medical Council (BCC'd to keep the Fitness to Practice Team's email confidential) to take over pursuing prosecution of Dr Thagadur and others as outlined in the above article:

Doctors and nurses caring for patients under the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 may however be prosecuted for wilful neglect of a patient.

it is most emphatically the case that there was no care. only a handful of nurses (Duncan, Maya, in particular) engaged in actual care: the rest were neglectful or actively and wilfully caused harm.

please can you coordinate amongst yourselves and confirm who will take the lead in prosecution. if consulted I would suggest that the GMC Fitness to Practice Team would be the best.

you will need to take into account that I am in no position to take initiative on this matter as the torture has compromised my ability to even talk about it - sometimes literally, as happened a few days ago when the bleed opened up again in a major way and stopped me from being able to speak for over 36 hours.
