unable to speak again, 28dec2024

i woke again this morning quite late, midday, unable to speak. barometric pressure (line shows 24 hrs) shows two large spikes, the first during the evening and the second rise from appx 2am thru 9am quite sharp then a drop. i was unable to sleep, woke every hour, and my ears are ringing and i had a discharge of fluid from my left ear several times overnight (like when you get water in your ear when swimming, except i didn't go swimming) i can make sounds / sing notes ("aaaaaaah") but if i try forming words they don't come out. around 8am there was a delivery, i slowly slurred saying "thank you" then went back to sleep. on waking 4 hours later (midday) is when i cannot speak. i have taken a video recording as evidence. l. -- --- geometry: without it life is pointless the fibonacci series: easy as 1 1 2 3

diagnosis of bleed on the brain and PTSD

hello for context i have finally received medical diagnoses by a doctor. an official diagnoss report has to be arranged. i have been unable to speak approximately three times in ten days. words simply do not come out: i can make single syllable noises or grunts but even this is a huge risk. hampshire police mis-triaged the report of assault as harrassment. harrassment (3 instances) and intimidation has since occurred, making the mis-triage correct but missing that it was an assault. 2010 disability act also applies. cannot say more due to risk of further intimidation and harm. help l.

(as background: I have just been diagnosed as having a bleed on the brain. I need to absorb this and keep further psychological trauma to a minimum). https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21303793/ to the Care Quality Commission: I just saw the above peer-reviewed publication. it is what I have experienced from the NHS, systematically for eleven months. however the primary reason I am contacting you now is to request you - and the General Medical Council (BCC'd to keep the Fitness to Practice Team's email confidential) to take over pursuing prosecution of Dr Thagadur and others as outlined in the above article: Doctors and nurses caring for patients under the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 may however be prosecuted for wilful neglect of a patient. it is most emphatically the case that there was no care. only a handful of nurses (Duncan, Maya, in particular) engaged in actual care: the rest were neglectful or actively and wilfully caused harm. please can you coordinate amongst yourselves and confirm who will take the lead in prosecution. if consulted I would suggest that the GMC Fitness to Practice Team would be the best. you will need to take into account that I am in no position to take initiative on this matter as the torture has compromised my ability to even talk about it - sometimes literally, as happened a few days ago when the bleed opened up again in a major way and stopped me from being able to speak for over 36 hours. l. Change to management of this list

This list runs on a machine that I own, thus I "own" the list. I had also given Luke <luke.leighton(a)googlemail.com> owner status of this list. However: after some recent antics of his I have become concerned that he may abuse that 'owner' position as he appears to want to attack me. I have thus removed this status from him. Be assured that he is still subscribed to this list - 3 times as he is also subscribed as lkcl(a)lkcl.net and luke.leighton(a)gmail.com. I am, however, concerned that recent list traffic has largely moved away from "Eco-Conscious Computing" and dealt with Luke's personal problems and the abuses that he seems to think that others are doing to him. What got me worried, how has Luke attacked me ? I was visited by the police last night. Luke had made a complaint of harassment against me, apparently I did in by email. Last night was the first that I knew of his complaint. I believe that the email was the one below, but am not sure: https://lists.libre-soc.org/pipermail/libre-soc-dev/2024-December/006650.ht… The PC told me that he had reviewed the email(s) and said that he did not consider that I had done anything unreasonable (or something like that). Given that Luke's failure of his attempt to get me into trouble with the law I have taken the action above in case he might use owner status to cause me problems. I believe that Luke's antipathy towards me is a result of me asking repayment of a loan that I had given to him to tide him over until he received payment from NLnet. He was paid by NLnet but refused to repay the loan. diagnosis and treatment at last

I've finally encountered a professional doctor and have a verbal diagnosis from him of a bleed on the brain and (translation) PTSD. He has agreed to provide a written report containing his diagnosis and the treatment I am undergoing, as per routine practice for any Hospital. l.

my stepfather has at some financial risk to himself offered £600 which reduces both my risk level and stress levels considerably. also much gratitude to Pam and the St Peter's team for working so hard to search for alternative funds solutions such as Environmental ones covering solar panels, and for the cash-equivalent food vouchers for Tesco's that will allow me the freedom to select the specific items for my autism / stroke-recovery medical diet. I cannot say thank you enough times. l.

on way, still cannot speak

barometric pressure rose massively starting 3pm yesterday then dropped even lower around 8 hours later (see 24hr graph on photo), result is I have been unable to speak for 29 hours now. doing well otherwise. noted I have a sore throat indicating a viral infection which is inflammation and the one thing that makes me susceptible: inflammation. sigh. it is what it is, no need to stress about it, that just increases inflammation! l. -- --- geometry: without it life is pointless the fibonacci series: easy as 1 1 2 3

i am fine (physically, etc) however just as with tuesday find myself unable to speak. being better prepared and knowing what to look for (rain, wind) i stopped *trying* to speak, which was potentially / likely what did the damage on tuesday, and today i moved smoothly to communicating by text-to-speech. unlike tuesday i have no external distress to contend with, and have not had the same TIA incident(s). i can however definitely feel some pressure in the usual left temple location, which exacerbates when i bend over, but it is not painful (ok - a 0.25 left temple pain out of 10). basically the only thing "wrong" since 3pm and the new storm is: words are so difficult to get out, there's no point forcing them, and if i do they are just "moaned" very very slowly like i have no control over my mouth. *on the other hand* i tried humming along to a tune and was partially successful. also single-syllable "exclamations" such as "yeah" or "oooo" are perfectly fine. bottom line we're talking pretty serious brain damage, with blindingly obvious risk of more, yet UHS A&E insists it "cannot be an emergency"? will keep updating. l.

opportunity to get medical assistance in india

I cannot disclose the name of my sponsor and friend. having known me for 20 years he was sufficiently shocked by my slurred speech two weeks ago to make an urgent referral to a neurosurgeon in India for scans and treatment, and I am relieved after 11 months of negligent malpractice and abuse by the NHS to say that the individual accepted. two days ago I had another mini-stroke around 2pm that stopped me from being able to speak for the next two hours, causing continuous tourette's uncontrolled meaningless syllables to come out of my mouth for 45 minutes at a time, and to enter respitory anaphylactic shock for up to 50 minutes at a time. it ended around 10:45pm at night. today I have very little recollection of what I did yesterday. this *includes* making a *repeat phone call* to the Care Quality Commission to report the exact same abusive behaviour of UHS Neurology Department for maltreatment of someone with a serious medical disability. the repetition only became apparent when the CQC operator said "is there anything new you would like to add to the report you made yesterday?" I answered, quickly, "yes - that I can't remember the call yesterday, and am obviously suffering from memory degradation as a consequence of the abuse and medical negligence". it is pretty obviously extremely urgent that I get to India as soon as possible. However I am down now to £800 and am on borrowed time.
